Strength & Conditioning along with Sportsplex of Halfmoon are having a S-A-C Training (Speed/Agility/Conditioning)   see attache flyer here  SACSpring17 We will teach athletes skills that make them quicker, more agile and better athletes as well as how to move in a way that helps reduce the chance of injuring a joint or soft tissue. Athletes will be grouped by grades during drills. Who should attend:   Any athlete in grades 4-12.
